Digital press conference - Current developments in the hotel real estate market (german)
At a digital press conference, Kai Bender, CIO ACRON Group, discussed current developments on the European hotel real estate market with Dirk Schuldes from Commerz Real AG, Helena Rickmers from CBRE, Sabine Lahmann from magna asset management and Theodor Kubak from Arbireo Capital AG. Occupancy rates are at a high level. In terms of room rates, Paris topped the list at 334 euros, Zurich at 233 euros and Vienna at 128 euros. The experts are convinced that the recovery will continue.
