We actively search for properties and projects in prime locations, not evaluating the site according to rigid schemes but in relation to the future potential uses of the property itself.

 

Economic sense is indispensable, while at the same time we pay special attention to ecological sustainability.

 

Since we at ACRON do not continuously focus on a single asset class, we have been able to act flexibly in special market situations for more than 40 years. This applies both in terms of investment locations and asset classes.
In addition, our investment structure, which is specific to each transaction, and our short decision-making paths allow us to find individual solutions that are also beneficial to sellers and developers and often offer added value compared to a pure purchase.
